Cancellation Policy :
A cancellation fee of 20% will be retained for cancellations made 6 to 8 months prior to the tour start date. For cancellations made 6 to 4 months prior to the tour start date, a 50% fee will apply. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 4 months before the tour start date, for no-shows, or if the tour has begun but is not completed. A non-refundable booking fee or deposit of up to 20% may be required to secure a place on the tour.

NOTE: Itineraries may be subject to change at short notice during severe weather conditions, and certain outdoor activities/day trips may be cancelled during the winter season in Iceland. In these rare cases, where situations of force majeure apply, excursions/activities cannot be refunded. Still, the local guides will try their best to find reasonable alternatives where and whenever possible.
