Upon your arrival in the romantic city of Paris, you will be greeted with a seamless transfer to your hotel in one of our vehicles, where your professional driver will ensure your comfort and convenience throughout the journey. You will have the rest of the day free to explore the city of Light. Paris holds a significant place in the history of France and all of Europe. With over two million inhabitants, the capital is one of the most populous cities on the old continent and among the most visited destinations globally, thanks to its countless attractions. One of them is the great architectural development of the 19th century, which left jewels such as the Madeleine Market, the Grandes Halles, and the Eiffel Tower, the city's icon par excellence. Paris is also known by many names, one of them being La Ville Lumière (The City of Light) due not only to its fame as a flagship city of arts and sciences, but also for the early illumination of its streets. Although the VII arrondissement, where the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Elysées are located, is the most frequented area, full of luxury venues, monuments such as the Bourbon Palace, or museums such as the Orsay, there is much more to discover. The history, culture, and gastronomy of Paris are prevalent throughout the city. Tip: The city has a building code that prohibits buildings taller than the Eiffel Tower. This aims to preserve the iconic appearance of the Paris skyline, maintaining the tower as one of the tallest and most recognizable structures.
After an abundant breakfast, you must go to the meeting point, on your own, there will be a bus that will take you to Versailles. During the 45-minute trip, you will enjoy the introduction that the guide will give you about the history of the palace. Upon arrival, you will begin the visit to the King's Grand Apartments and the Queen's Grand Apartments, as well as the Coronation Room and the Queen's Bedroom. You will admire the spectacular Gallery of Mirrors, an extraordinary room designed to receive guests. It is almost 73 meters long and was created to dazzle visitors to Louis XIV, the Sun King. It is illuminated by 17 windows, and some 350 mirrors, and has views of the impressive palace gardens, the second part of the visit. After touring the palace, you'll explore the impressive French-style gardens on your own. In 1661, Louis XIV commissioned André Le Notre to design the gardens and exteriors, something as important to the king as the construction of the palace itself. Enjoy your free time strolling through the gardens of Versailles and admire its 386 works of art (including more than 200 statues), its fountains, its ponds, its flower beds, and its trees. During the summer months, different activities are organized, such as the Great Musical Fountains, a show in which the water in the fountains moves to the rhythm of the music. You will be back in Paris, around 12:45 PM and you will have the rest of the day free. Tip: Versailles, before being a palace, was a hunting lodge. The land surrounding the Palace of Versailles, with an area of more than 12,000 hectares, was a very favorable territory for hunting, so royalty began to frequent it as a recreational area. Until, in the 17th century, King Louis XIV became so fond of the place that he decided to transform an old hunting lodge into the sumptuous royal palace that is today Versailles.
After breakfast, you will go, on your own, to the meeting point, where you will meet with the guide who will accompany you to the entrance area of the parks. It is divided into several themed zones, including Main Street, U.S.A., Frontierland, Adventureland, Fantasyland, Discoveryland, and others. Walt Disney Studios Park: This is Disneyland Paris' second theme park and focuses on the world of cinema and film production. It offers attractions and shows related to Disney and Pixar films and productions. At the end of the day, the bus will be waiting for you in the same place it left us, at 9:00 PM, and you will be back in Paris around 10:00 PM. Once in the center, you will go to the hotel on your own. Tip: Don't miss the parades and shows that take place throughout the day.
